TOMORROW: Ad hoc open forum

DEI rollbacks. HHS comms freeze. RFK Jr. confirmation hearings. Let's talk.

The administration change here in the U.S. has presented challenges anew for all communicators, but especially for us in biopharma -- with the pending RFK Jr. confirmation, HHS comms freeze, and DEI rollbacks.

FAST PASS: 47

Meredith Kiernan and Becky Vonsiatsky, Ticket to Biotech Roundtable Chairs, are hosting FAST PASS: 47, an ad hoc private open forum tomorrow (Tuesday, February 4th) at noon ET / 9 a.m. PT for our community to talk, seek feedback, ask questions, and brainstorm. We’re also bringing in Leslie Isenegger, Real Chemistry’s Practice Lead, Corporate Pricing and Public Affairs, as a resource for everyone.

We’ll look at how do we:

  • Distill substance from noise amid constant administration coverage?

  • Amplify the "scientific establishment" voice in the "MAHA movement"?

  • Convey policy solutions in a polarized political landscape?

  • Communicate ongoing commitments to DEI?

It's important to us to maintain easy access to the community for all biopharma communicators. Therefore, this session will be FREE for all T2B members, regardless if you have a Pro membership. Ex-U.S. communicators are certainly invited, too!

In today's dynamic and highly polarized environment, where institutional mistrust runs deep, communicators play a pivotal role in bridging divides. Through transparent information sharing and empathetic storytelling, we can cultivate understanding and build resilient communities, fostering trust and cooperation at a time that needs unity.
