The buzz around T2B is growing

And it’s because of our community

Hi!

WOW!

What a week: JPM (well done to Brad Loncar, who correctly predicted there would be a $5B deal. Oliver Barnes, you owe Brad a coffee!); the T2B Pro launch; and our PLP enrollment opening.

At times like this, it’s so easy to move from one thing to the next without stopping for a breath and taking stock of what’s going on.

Luckily though, because our community is so awesome, I’ve had plenty of moments for reflection among the chaos this week because we’ve received some fantastic feedback about T2B, and the difference it’s making to communications pros in our industry.

There’s a real buzz around T2B now, and we truly believe that’s because of the community ethos we’ve built.

It was heartening to see over 100 of you in the room at the T2Bmeet @ JPM reception, swapping tips, sharing best practices, and helping each other out with comms conundrums!

This is exactly what we wanted to create: a knowledgeable, safe community where members could connect with like-minded biopharma communicators worldwide.

We’ve done this by creating a space where you can:

🤝 Build Connections

  • Quarterly networking meetups

  • Peer-coaching groups

  • Private T2B Slack workspace

  • Biopharma comms firms + member directory (coming soon)

👥 Share Member-Driven Expertise

  • Member-led, topic-specific roundtables

  • Ad-hoc open discussions

  • Weekly resources

  • Salary tool

🎓 Participate in Strategic Learning

  • Monthly expert-led panels

  • Quarterly professional development masterclasses

  • In-person forum (coming in June)

  • T2B content archive

  • Leadership Lab premium offerings

Our vision is for T2B Pro to be a standard benefit for all communicators in our industry. Remember, we encourage employers to cover your T2B Pro membership as part of annual professional development budgets. Make the case to go Pro with this membership overview and justification letter template.

Whether you were on the ground here in the Bay Area for JPM or supporting from afar, we hope you get some quality R&R this weekend, and for our U.S. friends, enjoy the holiday on Monday!

P.S: One of my favorite moments from our JPM reception was hearing two communicators from different countries meet for the first time and start swapping advice within just a few minutes! That’s the value of these T2Bmeets, and we’ve got loads of networking opportunities like this planned for T2B Pro members.
