Peer-Learning Practicum Enrollment is OPEN!
Meet your peer-coaching cohort leads
Hi!
Phew – we’ve just about recovered enough from the excitement of yesterday’s launch to be able to bring you even more news: Our Peer-Learning Practicum (PLP) enrollment is now OPEN!
What is the PLP?
The PLP goes beyond traditional networking, with members placed into small peer-coaching cohorts of 5 - 7 people, enabling them to build real connections that often last far beyond the program itself.
Cohorts will meet virtually once a month for ~1 hour, with the first meeting in late February 2025. Meetings will take place monthly through June 2025.
Every PLP meeting will focus on that month's respective theme, which will also tie to the Comm Convo and weekly community discussion topics. For example, February’s theme is around being strategic and what that actually means for our profession. PLP participants will be asked to think about their personal responses to questions like “How has your definition of ‘strategic communications’ evolved throughout your career?” and to explore strategic communications initiatives as a group.
Each of these cohorts will be led by an absolute comms rockstar, which brings me to the next big reveal…
Our PLP cohort leads for the January intake
The 15-strong group of pros comprises folks who’ve won awards, led successful M&A transactions, taken companies public, launched successful firms, and led comms for trade associations. They represent the absolute best of our profession.
And, to ensure that all of your requirements are met, we’ve also chosen different kinds of communicators in our industry (including in-house comms pros at large pharma and small biotech, independent practitioners, small firm founders, and large firm leaders), as well as those in multiple geographic locations, with major U.S. biopharma hubs across the country represented as well as Europe.
So, here’s what you need to do to be placed into a peer-coaching group with one of these awesome industry comms leaders:
Upgrade to T2B Pro (if you haven’t already).
I’ll then assign stratified groups based on your comms background, career level, and where you’re based.
Content will be bespoke to your biopharma communicators’ backgrounds and skillsets, so even the most senior comms veterans benefit from this program.
Just like Trista Morrison, a senior comms exec (and a T2B ad board member), who took part last year and said that the PLP was her “best experience within T2B thus far.”
What valuable connections will YOU make…?
There’s only one way to find out!.
