Last call for peer-coaching cohort leads 📣

Hi!

Just a quick reminder that we’re recruiting volunteer Cohort Leads for T2B’s second annual peer-coaching program in 2025. 

What will your role be?

This program is one of our most important at T2B. The feedback from this year’s members was that it was one of the most valuable offerings inside our community.

You’ll manage a group of 5-7 T2B members (who are a mixture of emerging, mid-stage and veteran communicators), arranging a monthly virtual meeting where you’ll focus on that month’s theme for reflection, deep discussion, and have meaningful conversations about our unique challenges and opportunities.

This creates lasting connections far beyond our program end dates.

Why volunteer?

As well as positioning yourself as an expert in your field, you’ll also get a FREE 1-year pass to T2B Pro (worth $1,000).

Eligibility requirements:

You’ll need…

1. At least 10 years of biopharma comms experience 

2. A commitment to schedule and host all five monthly virtual meetings throughout the next program cycle (February-June)

3. An eagerness to build connections and support open dialogue and learning among your cohort
