It’s Giving Tuesday in the U.S. 🌎
Here’s how we’re getting involved.
Hi!
Giving Tuesday is here: a day where we’re encouraged to do good.
Here’s how we’re playing our part.
🎟️ Ticket sales donations
Half of the proceeds from ticket sales for our JPM meetup will be donated to the nonprofit Life Science Cares, whose CEO, Sarah MacDonald, is on T2B’s ad board.
By bringing together the talented and passionate professionals within the life science industry and those living within their local communities, LSC is on a mission to raise awareness of poverty and inequity.
We’re delighted that we can help raise funds for such a worthy cause, and the rest will go right back into building our community!
💲 Student discounts
You’ll be used to discounts where students get a small percentage off, right?
But we wanted to do more than that to support the future of the biopharma comms talent pipeline.
So, instead of getting 10% off T2B Pro, students can get it for 10% of the total cost!
That’s right: if you’re a current student or recent graduate, you can grab an annual membership for just $1,000 $100 when we launch in January.
✅ Get your organization involved
If your employer wants to do their part on Giving Tuesday but hasn’t quite figured out how, then we’ve got the ideal solution: gifting you membership to T2B Pro.
This is the perfect way for them to show their commitment to bringing the biopharma comms community together and advancing the profession for the future of human health.
We’ve written an email template you can use to demonstrate how this would benefit both you and your organization.
It’s a great time to request this now, ahead of T2B Pro’s January launch!
👏 Thank you to our supporters
We’d like to say a big thank you to a few organizations who are also doing something for us.
First up, our T2Bmeet @ JPM host, FleishmanHillard. They’ve been with us every step of the way for the last year, so we’re really grateful for their support.
HealthQuant was one of the sponsors for this past year’s JPM meetup, and we’re delighted to be welcoming them back for 2025.
And AbbVie, who hosted a T2Bmeet this past summer. We’re excited to be collaborating with them more on this JPM gathering (and other initiatives in 2025).
Thanks to these three companies, our JPM meetup promises to be a fantastic event, which we’re really looking forward to.
Don’t forget it’s open to all T2B members!

PS - This is the time of year many of us are planning our professional development budgets for 2025. Over the coming weeks, we’ll share more about why setting aside $1,000 aside for T2B Pro’s launch in January is a good decision.
