Introducing anonymous #AMA

Happy Friday!

We’re always seeking feedback and making improvements in real time because:

• We want T2B to be a place to communicate openly and honestly with your peers.

• We want you to feel comfortable asking questions you’ve been ruminating over.

• And we want you to be confident when seeking advice and guidance from other members.

But this can be daunting if your coworkers or even your boss are in the room.

We’ve received requests for somewhere to ask questions anonymously – questions like how to handle comms department reorganizations, how to deal with a difficult client, or how to communicate value to leadership teams. The kinds of questions that you maybe wouldn’t want anyone else to know you’re asking.

So, we listened and launched the #AMA anonymous Slack channel.

This is a permanent, safe space for T2B members to anonymously ask questions or share insights on sensitive or complex topics.

The new #AMA channel is public in Slack, meaning any T2B member can join it.
