Culture Connect Roundtable applications are open!

Hi!

Part of being an expert communicator is knowing how to engage with different stakeholder groups.

And one of the groups that can be most difficult to truly connect with is the one closest to home – our own colleagues.

So, let us introduce you to the T2B Culture Connect Roundtable. 

Our roundtables are driven directly by members who bring deep knowledge and passion to key areas of biopharma communications. These groups create quarterly virtual programs and resources for the broader community.

The first roundtable to launch in 2025 will tackle employee engagement. 

Everything You Need to Know About the New Culture Connect Roundtable

Chaired by Meredith Kiernan (managing director, brand experience, Waterhouse Brands), this roundtable will create space for biopharma communicators across corporate, internal, agency, and consulting roles to exchange ideas and navigate the strategies (and sometimes complex dynamics!) of employee engagement.

As a dedicated group for comms pros to focus “inward,” examining how to drive deeper connections with both current and prospective employees, this roundtable will explore the full scope of employee engagement (including culture, trust, and internal communication) and facilitate knowledge-sharing around key topics such as building psychological safety, aligning leadership and employee priorities, and responding to socio-political dynamics.

This elite group of T2B Pro members will leverage their passion and expertise in this area to bring new events and resources throughout the year to the broader community, enabling all of us to:

• More effectively partner with leaders and cross-functional colleagues to shape an engaged and committed workforce.

• Leverage our enthusiasm for supporting employees and cultivating great workplaces into opportunities for impactful conversations and shared insights.

• Play a leading role in shaping best practices across employee engagement and internal communications, fostering a culture of collaboration, motivation, and productivity.

Who Can Apply for the Culture Connect Roundtable?

Anyone who’s a T2B Pro member can apply to join this year’s Culture Connect Roundtable.

However, T2B Pro membership does not guarantee a spot – only five spaces are available.

Applicants must have:

• A passion for employee engagement.

• The ability to volunteer 3-5 hours/month to co-create quarterly Culture Connect events and monthly resources for the broader T2B community.

• The drive to participate in quarterly roundtable team meetings and contribute ideas and feedback.
