Comm Convos for 2025

Which one are you most looking forward to?

Hi!

We and our T2B ad board have thought long and hard about the most pressing topics across comms, both within the biopharma industry and beyond, to cover in our Comm Convo sessions this year.

So, we’re evolving these monthly events to center less on skill-specific programs (our Roundtables will cover all that) and more on the topics that no one talks about but that everyone thinks about

Here’s what we’ve got lined up for T2B Pro members:

  • January: The T2B blueprint (where we’re going and why we’re going there)

  • February: Subjective or objective? Being strategic

  • March: We either have too much or too little of it – is there a “right amount” of confidence?

  • April: Building rapport and relationships

  • May: Securing buy-in

  • June: Global comms considerations

  • July: Proving value and showing function ROI

  • August: Building the comms function

  • September: Giving and getting feedback

  • October: Biopharma comms career ladder

  • November: Future of corporate affairs in our industry

  • December: T2B wrapped

All of these Comm Convos will be delivered by biopharma comms veterans who we’ve chosen because we know they’ll offer real-world insights you cannot get elsewhere.

📅 The first date for your calendar

Our first Comm Convo of 2025 will take place on Thursday, January 23rd (12:30-1 p.m. ET / 9:30-10 a.m. PT / 17:30 GMT | Zoom), where I’ll chat with a few members of our ad board about what’s ahead for T2B. We’ll shed light on our strategy for the coming year and how you can tap into our resources to support your goals as a T2B Pro member. RSVP here!

This session will be free for all T2B members, but after that, these webinars will become part of T2B Pro (which you can sign up for starting next Wednesday, January 15th).

Michelle and I are so jazzed for the Comm Convo line-up this year: These sessions will provide you with opportunities to share your experiences and hear what others are going through.

Let us know which topics you’re most looking forward to discussing!
